SNOW!!!!!!

First come the lone drifting flakes,
Lazily dancing about with the breeze that decides their fate.
They bravely set out from angry gray clouds,
Martyrs for the oncoming storm.

As they descend from the sky,
Their siblings follow, gathering in number and size.
They begin to collect in the many nooks and crannies,
And send small creatures for the sanctuary
Of a well-sheltered bush,
While the sun continually grows dimmer.

A flood of white specks of winter
Then come down in billions, in trillions
Quickly erasing color from the ground, the sky
And coercing the trees to bow down under the mass immigration,
To succumb to the power of the heaven's cold plague.

I love taking pictures of the great outdoors, and living in Colorado, there's plenty of opportunities for that. I also draw quite a bit, and I plan on expanding my gallery with some more of my drawings. I've also dabbled in ceramics and jewelry (but wasn't outstanding in either =p). So yep, that's just about it!
